Endurance+ ENDURANCE+ is a ten-week group indoor cycling series with workouts of increasing duration. Certified Spin Instructor Kathleen DeBlois will power you through each workout with her energetic playlists and motivational coaching style. This series will help you get the most out of indoor cycling - and yourself.

Building a solid aerobic base coupled with intervals will increase your cycling endurance and improve your overall power & strength. All sessions take place in our dedicated Indoor Cycling room on our state-of-the-art, fully adjustable Keiser M3 Bikes. Sign up today and get ready to meet the ENDURANCE+ challenge with us.

This series is 10 weeks long and runs from February 4th - April 15th with no session on March 11th. Sessions take place Saturdays at 10:00 AM. Sign up for any or all sessions that work for your schedule. No need to commit to the entire 10 week series. Jump in any time!

Week 1 & 2 Sessions: 60 Minutes each
Week 3 & 4 Sessions: 75 Minutes each
Week 5 & 6 Sessions: 90 Minutes each
Week 7 & 8 Sessions: 105 Minutes each
Week 9 & 10 Sessions: 120 Minutes each

We ride Keiser M3+ indoor bikes that give you the opportunity to measure metrics during your workout as well as provide a much more comfortable ride. Athletic shoes can be strapped into the bike's pedals, or bring your cycle shoes (SPD Cleats) and clip in.


 

What to bring?


Backside: We recommend padded cycling shorts. They are not required but will make your class experience much more enjoyable.

Topside: T-shirts, camis or tank tops are good choices.

Waterbottle (filled with your favorite hydration drink)

SPD clip shoes or standard athletic shoes. The flatter and harder/stiffer the sole, the better.

Heart rate monitor. (optional)

Once you get going and start sweating off those calories, you’ll need a hand towel…we have plenty of towels available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
