This is the most cost-effective and time-effective power-based training program in New England. This workout starts at one hour and increases in duration over time. It is focused and built around each cyclist’s functional threshold power (FTP) & yields amazing results. The key is to spend quality time training at appropriate percentage levels of FTP. This program is focused on building an aerobic fitness base that's needed to properly prepare for Spring endurance events. A great complement to Winter Training. Included will be tips for proper nutrition, race/ride strategy, and triathlon transition secrets. Wed coached by Joe Rich & Sat coached by Erik Wells.
